This was my first time shopping with you.  I indicated that I needed the beads by a particular date, and my package arrived two days earlier than I expected.  Not only that, but when you were out of the beads I ordered, you called me on the phone to ask which ones I would like substituted, and you sold them to me at the (lower) price of the beads I had originally ordered.

It is rare these days to get that kind of customer service, and I really appreciate it.  I have decades of bead-buying ahead of me, and although I might get a better price from a mass-market retailer (when, unlike this time, my needs aren't as specific or time-sensitive), I will instead be buying from your company.
